Becoming a person who follows through

So I am one of those people who says that I want to work out and I want to lose weight, but never really do anything about it. So, I am making a public commitment that I am going to follow through on. I am starting to work out with my friend Candace and we are going to run a half marathon in May. I am also saying that I really would like to lose about 60lbs before I have another baby. So there it is. Out in public, so that when you see me you can ask me how it is going so that I am accountable. Wish me luck!!!

Wishing you much success in your training. BTW, when you lose something, you usually eventually find it again... so go for "reduction" instead, so it'll stay gone. Best wishes, LOVE you!
